The Adult Ballet course is designed for individuals who love dance and art, and who wish to enhance their posture, elegance, and body alignment.

Based on the classical ballet training system and adapted to adult physicality and rhythm, the course focuses on posture refinement, core strength, flexibility improvement, and the cultivation of graceful poise. Whether or not you have prior dance experience, you can rediscover your body, balance, and confidence through graceful movements and soothing music.

Course Content:

  • Barre Training: Improve body alignment and posture stability through standard positions, footwork, and arm placement.
  • Center & Floor Work: Develop body coordination and core control while practicing balance transitions and elegant turns.
  • Flexibility & Strength Training: Strengthen core and lower-body muscles to enhance flexibility, stability, and balance.
  • Dance Combinations & Artistic Expression: Learn short dance phrases, connect movement with musical rhythm, and experience the artistic beauty of ballet through expressive choreography.
